Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Critical Access Hospital

Shift: Day | Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 4 shifts/week | 10 hours per shift

Pay Rate: Local: $1,912.50/week | Travel: $2,318/week
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in general, laparoscopic, and orthopedic surgeries, as well as endoscopies. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional surgical care.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up surgical instruments and equipment for procedures
Review cases and ensure accurate supply inventory
Maintain sterile field and assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies
Perform counts of surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures
Clean endoscopy scopes and assist with room turnovers
Assist with patient positioning and transfers
Restock medical and surgical supplies
Occasionally support surgical procedures in other hospital areas
Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
Experience with endoscopies, general/laparoscopic, and orthopedic surgeries
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
Excellent communication and organizational skills
