Pay Rate: $52.15 (Travel) | $44 (Local)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care setting in Oneonta, NY. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support daily healthcare operations in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, document changes, and report to supervising staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred).

Licensure: Active LPN license in New York State.

Certifications: Current BLS (American Heart Association).

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
