Title: Transportation Coordinator
Location: Springdale, AR
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Position Summary:
A leading supply chain and logistics organization is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to serve as the primary liaison between the supply chain operations team and assigned external customers. The CSA will manage carrier and customer relationships, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure efficient communication and problem resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage high email volumes (300+ daily), and proficiency in logistics and transportation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between the supply chain team and external customers.
Analyze and respond promptly to a high volume of incoming emails with effective solutions.
Operate multiple dispatch and scheduling platforms, such as TES, LME, FOUR KITES, OTR, RETAILIX, RETAIL LINK, UNFI, and ONE NETWORK.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and software tools.
Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, structure, and business requirements.
Identify and implement cost-effective, innovative solutions to enhance delivery processes.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products while maintaining a positive representation of the organization.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve conflicts and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in transportation or logistics.
Experience: 1–3 years in transportation or logistics (not general customer service).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications; ability to handle high-volume email communications.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
