Job Title: PowerApps Developer
Duration: 4+ Months (Contract)

Important: This is not a standard Data Analyst or Business Analyst role — we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform expert with deep development experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate / Power Apps Developer to join the Business Process Operations team within a global regulatory environment. In this role, you will design, develop, and support “Smart Forms” to enable centralized data entry and quality control activities. These solutions will play a critical role in a high-impact, multimillion-dollar program transitioning to a modern enterprise platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and subject matter experts to create user-friendly, intelligent forms that streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance the overall user experience for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate current and new business scenarios/user stories into Smart Forms using Power Automate / Power Apps.

  • Develop data entry forms that are intuitive, responsive, and equipped with error handling capabilities.

  • Work within an Agile development methodology to deliver solutions iteratively.

  • Integrate API calls/endpoints into PowerApps for real-time data retrieval.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business processes.

  • Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain clear documentation for developed solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in PowerApps development, including API integrations.

  • Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps).

  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow logic.

  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

  • Skilled in optimizing user experience through thoughtful design.

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulatory environments.

  • Familiarity with Veeva RIM Registrations.
