Job Title: PowerApps Developer

Important: This is not a standard Data Analyst or Business Analyst role — we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform expert with deep development experience.
We are looking for an experienced Power Automate / Power Apps Developer to join the Business Process Operations team within a global regulatory environment. In this role, you will design, develop, and support “Smart Forms” to enable centralized data entry and quality control activities. These solutions will play a critical role in a high-impact, multimillion-dollar program transitioning to a modern enterprise platform.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and subject matter experts to create user-friendly, intelligent forms that streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance the overall user experience for a global audience.
Translate current and new business scenarios/user stories into Smart Forms using Power Automate / Power Apps.
Develop data entry forms that are intuitive, responsive, and equipped with error handling capabilities.
Work within an Agile development methodology to deliver solutions iteratively.
Integrate API calls/endpoints into PowerApps for real-time data retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business processes.
Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain clear documentation for developed solutions.
Education:
BS/BA in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven track record in PowerApps development, including API integrations.
Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps).
Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow logic.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Skilled in optimizing user experience through thoughtful design.
Highly Preferred:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulatory environments.
Familiarity with Veeva RIM Registrations.
