Job Title: Medical Assistant – Contract Role 
Location: Provo, UT  
Contract: 8 Weeks 

Overview: 
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support both front and back-office functions in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will assist with patient intake, vitals, phlebotomy, vaccinations, scheduling, and general clinic operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and room patients in a professional, compassionate manner 

• Measure vital signs and prepare patients for exams 

• Perform venipuncture and assist with vaccine administration 

• Handle scheduling, phone calls, and EMR documentation 

• Collaborate closely with clinical staff and providers 

Requirements: 

• 1+ year of hands-on MA experience (excluding externship) 

• Medical Assistant Certification highly preferred 

• Background in occupational health is a strong plus 

• Proficiency in EMR systems and blood draws required 

• Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and patient-focused 

Preferred Skills: 

• Front and back office support 

• Phlebotomy & EKG 

• Point-of-care testing 

• Appointment scheduling 

• Rooming patients, vital signs, and CPR/BLS certified
