Job Title: Front & Back Office Medical Assistant 
Location: Provo, UT  
Duration: 8-Week Contract 

About the Role: 
We're hiring a Medical Assistant with experience in both patient-facing and administrative roles. You’ll help manage patient flow, perform clinical tasks like blood draws, and ensure accurate documentation in EMRs. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Room patients, take vitals, and prep for provider visits 

• Perform venipuncture and administer vaccines 

• Answer phones, schedule visits, and manage documentation 

• Support team members across clinical and administrative tasks 

• Help ensure patient satisfaction and efficient clinic workflow 

Required Experience & Skills: 

• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience post-externship 

• Certification strongly preferred 

• Prior experience with occupational health settings is a plus 

• Phlebotomy and EMR experience are must-haves 

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills 

Core Skills: 

• Front/back office, POC testing, EKG 

• Patient intake, vitals, scheduling 

• CPR/BLS certified 

• Teamwork and customer service
