Job Title: Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care

Location: Syracuse, NY Area

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Ambulatory RN to join a weekday-only outpatient care team. Preference given to candidates with oncology or outpatient nursing backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Assist with treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with care teams and communicate clearly with patients

Required Qualifications:

• Active NY State RN license
• 1+ year of RN experience
• 5+ years recent experience in an acute care hospital of similar or greater size
• BLS certification (current or eligible for recertification)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No disciplinary actions or legal issues related to licensure
• Must pass standard background, drug screening, and pre-employment health clearance

Preferred Experience:

• Outpatient or oncology nursing
• EPIC EMR
• Prior work in a Level 1 trauma center
