Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior User Experience Analyst to lead user-centered research and design activities that shape effective digital solutions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring products and services are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Present UX solutions, ideas, and recommendations that effectively prioritize user needs.
Develop research strategies and conduct user research including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights for product teams.
Create and/or guide the development of user-centered designs including mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Oversee or participate in application/process design activities.
Conduct usability testing to validate designs and functionality meet user expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience best practices into development processes.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in user experience design, research, and analysis.
Proven expertise in planning and executing user research to identify and address user needs and behaviors.
Strong understanding of system design principles that enhance user experience, including usability, predictability, consistency, and feedback.
Experience designing information architecture (IA) and guiding the UX research process.
Knowledge and application of accessibility standards in UX research and design.
In-depth understanding of requirements analysis methodologies and UX best practices.
