Job Title: RN – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
Location: Facilities across OH State
Pay Rate: $55 – $59/hour (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology and highly trained teams to assess and treat complex cardiac rhythm disorders. The RN will support various roles including circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring during intricate EP procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver patient-focused care tailored to those undergoing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, EP Technologists, and other team members in a high-acuity setting
• Assist in the delivery of treatments such as ablations, pacemaker/ICD insertions, and loop recorder placements
• Maintain communication with patients and families to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures
• Embrace emerging technologies and practices related to electrophysiological cardiac care
Qualifications
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in an EP Lab or similar interventional cardiology unit
Education & Certification:
• Required:
o Diploma in Nursing
o Ohio RN License or Compact
o BLS (AHA)
o ACLS (AHA)
• Preferred:
o BSN
