Job Title: Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in the IBM Cúram framework, particularly with the HCR and CGIS modules. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation (DDI) of Cúram solutions and be proficient in full-stack development using modern technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software components and APIs using the IBM Cúram framework and modern development stacks.
Create and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD) and follow coding standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and subject matter experts.
Perform data analysis and write complex SQL queries.
Participate in technical architecture discussions and provide hands-on support in developing and troubleshooting Cúram-based applications.
Support cloud-based deployment and operations (AWS preferred).
Act as a technical resource and advisor, contributing to best practices and risk assessments.
Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 4 years of technical experience with IBM Cúram framework.
Proven experience with Cúram HCR and CGIS modules.
Cúram Certification required.
Strong experience with Cúram OOTB modules: Workflow, Tasks, CER Rules, Evidence Framework, IEG, and Web Services.
Experience developing with:
Java/J2EE
Python and/or NodeJS
ReactJS or Angular
SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
Experience in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance or Medicaid systems.
Experience with MMIS platforms.
Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks.
IBM Cúram Certification is mandatory.
