Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Fulton, MO
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour
Shift: Shifts available between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Specific shift will be assigned)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a supportive healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality care, patient comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
Monitor patient conditions, check vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Collect samples and perform basic diagnostic tests as directed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies.
Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Participate in the development and execution of individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, medication instructions, and post-discharge care.
Uphold a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety guidelines.
Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri.
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospital or long-term care preferred).
Proficient in communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
