Shift: Shifts available between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Specific shift will be assigned)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a supportive healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality care, patient comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.

  • Monitor patient conditions, check vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

  • Collect samples and perform basic diagnostic tests as directed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies.

  • Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

  • Participate in the development and execution of individualized care plans.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, medication instructions, and post-discharge care.

  • Uphold a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri.

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospital or long-term care preferred).

  • Proficient in communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association preferred).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
