Pay Rate:

             Travel Rate: $2,804 per week
             Local Rate: $2,242.50 per week

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join a dynamic critical care team in New York City. This role involves delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, detail-oriented, and confident in managing urgent patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous, comprehensive care to critically ill patients requiring complex interventions and close monitoring.

• Perform frequent patient assessments and manage advanced medical equipment.

• Administer IV therapies, perform IV insertions, and conduct phlebotomy with a high level of proficiency.

• Competently manage conscious sedation procedures.

• Respond rapidly and effectively to medical emergencies, including rapid response and code situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License (primary source verification required).

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in ICU/Critical Care nursing.

• Strong skills in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and administration of conscious sedation.

• Current certifications in AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

• Commitment to providing age-specific, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
