Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join a high-performing cardiovascular team. This role involves direct patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures, including pre- and post-procedure management. The RN will collaborate closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after cardiac cath lab procedures.
• Administer IV sedation and manage patient monitoring equipment.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-operative care.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Document assessments, medications, and procedural details accurately in EMR.
• Assist with emergency interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• RN licensure valid in Massachusetts.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab or critical care experience.
• Moderate sedation competency preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and take on-call responsibilities.
