Pay Rate: $80 - $82 per hour 

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab through the full nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will administer medications, monitor patient responses, direct care delivery, and guide support staff while ensuring adherence to hospital standards and providing high-quality customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide guidance and supervision to support staff.
• Maintain accurate and thorough nursing documentation.
• Serve as a resource regarding patient care and staff orientation.
• Attend unit staff meetings and mandatory training sessions.
• Participate in quality monitoring and evaluation of patient care services.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and required certifications.
• Stay current on techniques and regulations appropriate to patient age group.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).
• Successful completion of Pharmacology exam.
• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia Program or challenge exam.
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• Must complete Moderate Sedation training within 6 months of hire.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
