Location: Rifle, CO 81650
Shift: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Rate: $1,897.50 – $2,001.00 per week
Position Overview:
A reputable Critical Access Hospital in Rifle, Colorado is seeking an experienced and reliable Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dedicated team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, efficient emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and assess patients in the Emergency Department, prioritizing care according to acuity.
Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures as prescribed.
Respond promptly to trauma, cardiac, stroke, and other critical situations.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients.
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR system.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state.
Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Room nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required).
TNCC certification is a plus.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
