Position: Certified Surgical Technician
Location: New York, NY 10003
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: 4 Days/Week, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $40/hr – $50/hr
Setting: Oral Surgery Clinic & Ambulatory OR
Floating: Required to Perioperative Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to assist surgical teams in an oral surgery clinic and procedure room. The technician will support clinicians with procedures, prepare surgical setups, handle instruments, assist during surgeries, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clinicians with “four-handed” surgical techniques

• Prepare and disinfect surgical areas and equipment

• Organize and sterilize instruments and trays

• Take radiographs as needed

• Monitor vital signs and assist during procedures

• Manage surgical waste and restock supplies

• Respond effectively during emergencies

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

• BLS Certification (AHA required)
