Location: Hyannis, MA (Onsite)

Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)

Pay: Up to $2,600/week gross (including stipends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager, Clinical Resource to join a dynamic healthcare team in a contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care case management, with experience in compliance monitoring, staff education, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and performance of case management and social work staff

  • Support scheduling, staff evaluations, and issue resolution

  • Assist in managing the Clinical Documentation team when required

  • Conduct unit-based rounds to support timely and safe patient discharges

  • Develop and deliver continuing education programs related to case management best practices and regulatory compliance

  • Lead onboarding and training efforts for new hires, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Track and report on program compliance using dashboards and performance metrics

  • Implement process improvements based on performance and compliance trends

  • Foster collaborative workflows among providers, case managers, nurses, and allied health professionals

  • Evaluate and interpret departmental data to improve clinical and operational outcomes

  • Remain current with CMS regulations and case management documentation standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required

  • Active and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts – Required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required

  • Minimum 5 years of acute care case management experience

  • At least 2 years in process improvement or quality initiatives

  • Experience in professional education development and facilitation

  • Deep understanding of CMS regulations and utilization review practices

  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and electronic health records

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
