Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 15-week travel assignment at a leading cardiology clinic in Bedford, TX. This role involves nuclear stress testing and PET/CT studies in a high-volume outpatient environment. Candidates must have completed at least two prior travel assignments to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret nuclear stress tests and PET/CT cardiac imaging
Operate and maintain nuclear imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with physicians and cardiology teams for accurate diagnostic support
Handle daily clinical operations and patient flow in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine (required)
Current CNMT or ARRT (N) certification (required upon hire)
Must have completed at least 2 prior travel assignments
Experience in a dedicated nuclear cardiology clinic or similar high-volume setting
Ability to independently perform 8 to 10 nuclear stress tests and 5 PET/CT stress tests per day
Willingness to float to clinics in Arlington and Fort Worth if needed during the contract
