A dynamic Radiologic Technologist is needed to support diagnostic and interventional procedures in a high-acuity Cardiac and Peripheral Vascular Cath Lab environment. This role focuses on imaging support for cardiac catheterizations and vascular interventions in an adult and geriatric patient population.
Assist with fluoroscopic and radiographic procedures including right/left heart cath, PCI, valve studies, and closure devices.
Support advanced cardiovascular procedures including TAVR, LAAO, PE thrombectomy, and use of assistive devices (Impella, Inari, ECMO, etc.).
Prepare equipment and patients for cath lab procedures and maintain sterile field.
Operate imaging systems and document accurate data in Epic (Excellian).
Respond to emergent cases while on-call, adhering to safety protocols and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with cardiology teams, nurses, and support staff for optimal patient care.
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
First-time travelers accepted with 5+ years of total experience
Must be comfortable working both independently and in a team
Familiarity with advanced cath lab interventions (e.g., FFR, rotablator, laser, CSI)
BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ARRT-R (Radiologic Technologist – Registered) – Required
Pending state licensure accepted
Call: 1–2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Weekends: Every 3rd weekend rotation
