Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shifts
Location: Bennington, VT
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift Schedule: Variable Evening Shifts, 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $32/hr. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes to clinical leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with facility standards and regulations.
• Support residents with ADLs and ensure their emotional and physical comfort.
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Vermont or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS certification (required or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work variable evening shifts (typically 3 PM – 11 PM), including weekends/holidays
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and organizational skills
