Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a high-volume hospital-based radiology department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in nuclear imaging, proven experience with Epic EMR, and flexibility to support varying shifts including occasional nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures including diagnostic imaging, patient assessments, and radiation safety

• Operate gamma cameras and related imaging equipment

• Document and manage patient data using Epic

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver timely and high-quality diagnostic results

• Maintain compliance with radiation safety regulations and facility protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR

• Certifications & Licensure:

  • SCSQRSA (South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association) License

  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiology

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Must be willing to work occasional nights and rotating weekends
