Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in an ambulatory internal medicine setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical competencies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical tasks such as patient rooming, injections, EKGs, nasopharyngeal swabs, blood pressure checks, and ear flushes

  • Assist with routine exams, documentation, and follow-up as needed

  • Deliver care consistent with internal medicine and primary care practices

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when floating to other clinic locations

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues


Schedule Details:

  • Workdays: Monday – Friday

  • Shift Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Weekends: No weekend shifts required


Float Requirements:

Candidate must be willing to float to other Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine clinic locations within the network.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered LPN license in the state of New York

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an ambulatory, internal medicine, or pediatric setting preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a busy clinic environment

  • Proficient in clinical tasks such as rooming, injections, and EKGs

  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
