Job Title: Registered Nurse – Oncology
Location: Neptune, NJ 07754
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12s
Duration: 13 Weeks (High Potential for Extension)

Compensation:

• Local: $61/hour

• Travel: $70/hour

Required Certifications (Must be Active Prior to Start):

• BLS (AHA)

• Active NJ Registered Nurse License or Multistate Compact RN License

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of acute adult oncology experience in an inpatient setting

• Experience with patients specializing in leukemia and lymphoma

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and document patient-centered nursing care

• Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation

• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on assessments and medical diagnoses

• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions

• Manage comprehensive care for oncology patients

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with standards of practice and patient acuity

• Advocate for and support evidence-based practice in clinical care

• Deliver care aligned with professional nursing practice models

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and uphold high-quality patient outcomes

• Perform additional nursing responsibilities as needed
