REQUIREMENT: RN license and AHA BLS

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and deliver nursing education programs to improve clinical skills and ensure compliance with standards of care
Mentor and support clinical staff to promote best practices in patient care
Evaluate staff performance and identify areas for clinical development
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing personnel
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent delivery of patient-centered care

Required Qualifications:

Active New York State RN license (Primary source verification required)
AHA BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
Proven solid clinical background and a passion for education
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
