Shift: Night (3 x 12-hour shifts per week)

Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays; schedule provided weeks in advance
Mileage reimbursement provided for inter-site travel
Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit on a 13-week travel contract. This night shift position involves providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients using scientific nursing principles. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and is flexible to float between facilities as needed.
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with medical and post-surgical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring.
Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms, responding appropriately to changes.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes.
Float between assigned facilities based on staffing needs.
Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligible for compact license).
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
Prior travel nursing experience required.
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
