Creative Digital Designer – Brand Marketing (Retail/Beauty/E-commerce)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 (HYBRID ROLE)
Duration: 3-Month Contract

Note: Candidates must have experience in e-commerce, retail, or beauty industries.

We’re looking for a highly creative and technically adept Digital Designer/Email Designer to join our Brand Marketing team. This role will focus on crafting high-performing, visually compelling email and digital content that aligns with our seasonal campaigns and customer engagement goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and code responsive emails with tools like SFMC, Movable Ink, and HTML/CSS
• Collaborate across Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to ensure brand alignment
• QA and troubleshoot using Figma, SFMC, and email testing tools
• Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies
• Contribute to campaign performance through A/B testing and creative enhancements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in email design and development for retail, beauty, or e-commerce
• Strong portfolio of digital and email design work
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML/CSS, Movable Ink
• Familiar with AMPscript, segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Bonus: Motion design or video editing a plus
