Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA2) to provide medication administration and support to residents during evening shifts. This position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour variable evening shifts. The ideal candidate is passionate about senior care, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff
Observe and report side effects and resident responses to medications
Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment
Requirements:
Active North Dakota CMA2 (Certified Medication Aide Level 2) certification
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
Ability to work evening shifts consistently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
