Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week assignment. This position involves working variable night shifts, with 12-hour schedules totaling 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and a commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective nursing care according to individualized care plans and clinical guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision.
Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility and state policies.
Provide emotional support, promoting dignity and comfort for residents.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Oregon or eligibility under compact licensing.
Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
Current BLS certification required.
Reliable, flexible, and available for night shifts.
Commitment to the full 12-week assignment.
