Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 2 Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $70 – $75 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, and business units to enhance core HCM functionalities and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, and Reporting modules.
  • System Implementation & Support: Lead or support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct gap analyses and recommend system enhancements that align with business objectives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics tools using Oracle HCM data.
  • Data Management: Assist with data migration and ensure integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
  • UAT & Troubleshooting: Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), track issues, and provide resolutions.
  • Training & Documentation: Create training materials and deliver sessions to end-users; provide post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Analyst, with hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle modules: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrations, and data migration
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in HCM full life cycle: configuration, testing, go-live, and support
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred Experience:

  • 10–15 years of total experience in HRIS or HCM roles
  • Deep understanding of payroll operations and timekeeping processes
  • Prior involvement in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
  • Experience in developing custom reports, managing third-party interfaces, and handling system conversions
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead initiatives and resolve conflicts effectively
