Job Title: Travel X-Ray Technologist
Location: Columbia, SC 29203
Department: Radiology - X-Ray
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $60/hour
We are seeking an experienced Travel X-Ray Technologist to join a reputable hospital in Columbia, SC. This is a 13-week assignment with the potential to extend. The ideal candidate will have extensive hospital-based experience and be comfortable working independently on the night shift.
Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care
Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records using Epic EMR
Adhere to infection control and patient safety guidelines
Minimum Experience: 3 years of recent hospital-based X-ray tech experience
Education: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Certifications:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
EMR Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR
