Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour Night Shifts)
Total Weekly Compensation: $2,625 – $2,700
Duration: 13 Weeks (with potential for extension)

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel contract assignment in Hyannis, MA. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to float between the ICU and CVICU as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong critical care background and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care in high-acuity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients
• Monitor and assess patients, administer medications, and perform complex procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Float between ICU and CVICU units based on staffing and patient care needs

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Massachusetts or Compact State)
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
• Experience in both ICU and CVICU settings preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
