Compensation:

• Local Rate: $38 – $40/hour | $960/week

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time contract opportunity in a long-term care setting located in Montour Falls, NY. This role offers a consistent evening schedule and is well-suited for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

• Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents’ conditions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement personalized care strategies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents

• Offer guidance and emotional support to residents and their families

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the State of New York

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility

• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
