Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)

Compensation: $2000 weekly

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehab team in Fairfield, OH. This position is ideal for a therapist experienced in treating post-operative, orthopedic, and sports medicine patients. You’ll work in a high-paced setting with consistent caseloads and an emphasis on team-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions to orthopedic, sports injury, and post-op patients
• Manage a daily caseload of 12–14 patients
• Meet productivity standards of 60 visits per week
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist (OH)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient and/or post-op experience
• Outpatient experience highly preferred
• First-time travelers: Accepted
• No floating to other clinics
• OT must be pre-approved by the department director
