Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ER Nurse to join our fast-paced emergency unit, providing critical care to patients in an acute hospital environment. This role requires quick thinking, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork, ensuring efficient emergency response and patient treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver urgent and life-saving care to patients in an ER setting.
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with varying acuity levels.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop rapid treatment plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced interventions as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and compliance with protocols.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in ER nursing preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12-Hour, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Comfortable wearing any combination of navy and white scrubs.
