Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse

Location: GA (Client's multiple facilities)

Rate: $2092 weekly

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill newborns NICU. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality neonatal care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and care for neonates with acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform specialized nursing procedures, including ventilator management, intravenous therapy, and neonatal resuscitation.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while monitoring infant responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and NICU staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and emotional support to families regarding neonatal conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and NICU best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU setting.
• Certifications Required:
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Familiarity with NICU-specific equipment.
