Job Title: Inpatient LCSW – Crisis Intervention & Discharge Planning

Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Monday through Friday
Duration: 8 weeks

Rate: $2200 weekly

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inpatient LCSW to join our behavioral health support team. This role involves urgent psychological support, treatment coordination, and discharge planning in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mental health assessments and provide crisis intervention
• Collaborate with nurses, case managers, and physicians
• Arrange appropriate post-discharge services and referrals
• Advocate for vulnerable patients and ensure ethical standards
• Keep complete, up-to-date case records

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of inpatient LCSW experience
• Valid GA LCSW license
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong background in crisis work preferred
