Job Title: Hospital Social Worker (LCSW) – Acute Care Evening Shift

Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Duration: 8 weeks

Rate: $2200 weekly

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Social Worker (LCSW) to support patients and families in a high-acuity hospital setting. The ideal candidate will provide emotional, psychological, and resource-driven support during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver crisis counseling and psychosocial evaluations
Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient-centered care plans
Assist in discharge planning and referrals to community services
Advocate for patient welfare and regulatory compliance
Document assessments and progress in the EMR system

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of hospital-based LCSW experience
Active GA LCSW license
AHA BLS certification
Acute care experience strongly preferred
