Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to supervising staff
Perform routine checks of vital signs and maintain accurate records
Administer medications and ensure compliance with prescribed treatment plans
Assist physicians and Registered Nurses during procedures and patient assessments
Communicate with patients and provide updates and support to their families
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LPN license (State of Arizona or compact eligible)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Fingerprint clearance as required by state regulations
