Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

Compensation:

• Local Candidates: $53 – $57 per hour

• Travel RNs: $55 – $63 per hour

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry RN for a 13-week contract in Manahawkin, NJ. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced telemetry unit. Candidates must be confident in managing patients with cardiac and critical care needs, and should be able to assess, plan, and deliver nursing interventions in accordance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individualized patient needs

• Conduct thorough assessments and prioritize care

• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through continuous assessment

• Initiate assessments based on patient condition and medical diagnosis

• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage overall patient care

• Document all care activities per professional standards and unit priorities

• Advocate for and implement evidence-based practices

• Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 recent years of critical care and telemetry experience

• Strong background in telemetry nursing

• Telemetry certification required

Certifications (Required Prior to Start):

• Active NJ RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License

• BLS and ACLS (AHA required)

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

• Telemetry Certification
