We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a well-regarded rehabilitation facility in Wayne, NJ. This is a morning shift contract role, ideal for a dedicated CNA who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients through their recovery journey by assisting with daily care and rehabilitation activities.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly.
Provide support for therapy and rehabilitation exercises as directed by clinical staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
Foster a safe, respectful, and healing environment that promotes patient well-being.
Active CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a rehabilitation or related healthcare setting.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-focused care environment.
