A dynamic and skilled DevOps Engineer is sought to support infrastructure and application operations across enterprise systems. This role focuses on investigating application issues, maintaining robust server environments, and optimizing deployment and integration workflows across multiple platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Maintain and enhance system administration procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption when appropriate.
Install, configure, and support server software including Microsoft IIS, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSRS, and other enterprise applications (e.g., Cognos BI, Laserfiche, Dynatrace).
Manage the full lifecycle of SSL certificate deployments across web environments.
8+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft IIS (versions 6.0 through 10.0).
6+ years of hands-on experience with PKI infrastructure implementation and management.
8+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server (2005–2016), including high availability and clustering solutions.
6+ years experience with Microsoft Azure, including PaaS WebApps, IaaS VMs, vNets, NSGs, App Gateways, VPNs, and monitoring tools.
6+ years of administration experience with LaserFiche document management systems and integrations.
8+ years of troubleshooting Windows Active Directory and distributed web applications with Oracle, IBM DB2, or SQL Server backends.
Proficiency in implementing web application authentication (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID).
Strong experience designing and integrating enterprise applications and infrastructure.
8+ years of experience with F5 load balancing/reverse proxy setups.
Strong scripting expertise in PowerShell, with proven ability to automate system tasks.
Experience managing and integrating on-premises TFS and cloud-based VSTS with Azure Web Apps.
Deep understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage systems.
