Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – L&D

Location: Neptune, NJ

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12 Hour Shifts)

Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required | 3 of 6 Holidays Required | On-Call: Voluntary

Unit: Maternal Child Services – Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, Postpartum Care

Compensation: $55/hour – Based on Experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor & Delivery RN to join our Maternal Child Services team in Neptune, NJ. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized nursing care
• Assist physicians with procedures and delivery support
• Perform thorough assessments and manage patient care accordingly
• Provide postpartum education and support to patients and families
• Document all care activities per facility standards and protocols
• Support adoption of evidence-based practices and nursing innovation
• Maintain patient safety and ensure compassionate, family-centered care

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery or related specialty
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Active New Jersey RN License or Compact State License
• BLS (AHA) & NRP required
• ACLS, Advanced AWHONN, or EFM preferred
