Location: New York, NY 10004 (Bronx Borough coverage)
Pay Rate: $64 – $68/hour
Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 | Hours per Day: 8 | Days per Week: 5
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home adult care services in the Bronx Borough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care settings and experience in home health nursing. This role involves providing care directly at patients’ residences and requires excellent clinical skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Deliver quality nursing care to adult patients in their homes
Conduct in-home assessments, care planning, wound care, medication management, and patient education
Manage a daily caseload of 5–8 patient visits within the Bronx area
Maintain thorough and timely documentation per healthcare standards
Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Med-Surg, Maternal & Child Health, Critical Care, or Pediatrics
Current experience in Adult Home Health Care
Comfortable with travel throughout the Bronx Borough
Strong organizational and communication skills
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Primary Source Verification required
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
