As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of healthcare roles, including nurses, medical assistants, technicians, administrative staff, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients are supported with highly qualified professionals and that candidates are placed in roles that match their expertise and goals.
Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviews, credentialing coordination, and offer negotiation
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and retention
Collaborate with account managers and client services teams to understand client needs and job requirements
Ensure all candidates meet required compliance, certification, and licensure standards
Keep ATS and other tracking systems updated with accurate and timely candidate information
Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends, licensing changes, and staffing best practices
2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and industry standards
Experience recruiting for a range of positions (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MAs, administrative support, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
