Location: Various locations across NJ
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 x 12 hr shifts/week
Duration: 13 Weeks (potential for extension)
Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RRT for an exciting Travel and/or Local job.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic respiratory treatments as prescribed, including aerosol therapy and airway clearance.
Set up and monitor non-invasive and invasive ventilation.
Evaluate patient response and adjust therapy based on clinical assessment.
Deliver clear instruction to patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals.
Maintain accurate medical records and participate in care planning.
Ensure all therapy meets safety and compliance standards.
Adapt to shifting priorities and emergencies on the unit.
Handle physical demands in patient care areas.
Required Skills:
Empathetic approach and strong communication skills.
Clinical agility in acute care settings.
Ability to rotate through various units including ICU and step-down care.
Certifications & Licenses:
BLS (AHA) required.
New Jersey Respiratory Care license.
Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
