Location: Jamaica, NY 11432

Pay Rate: 

• $55 to $58 per hour for Travellers
• $48 to $52 per hour for Local Candidates

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mammography and X-ray imaging, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography and X-ray procedures as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and imaging protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Ability to perform both X-ray and mammography preferred
• Minimum of 200 mammography cases in the past 2 years
• Initial training in tomography required
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license issued by the NYSDOH
• Post-primary certification in mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
• BLS certification preferred
