Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 9-Hour Shifts
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-volume Radiology Special Procedures department. The ideal candidate will be ARRT-certified with at least 2 years of IR experience and be confident working with Phillips imaging systems. This role includes scheduled day shifts with required on-call coverage.
Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in accordance with physician orders
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, primarily Phillips systems
Assist the interventional team in sterile technique, patient prep, monitoring, and post-procedure care
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, protocols, and safety standards
Document procedures, patient interactions, and equipment usage accurately
Maintain a high level of professional communication with physicians, nurses, and technologists
ARRT Certification (active) – Required
BLS Certification – Required
Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience – Required
Proficient with Phillips and related imaging equipment – Required
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, procedural environment
Day Shift – 9-Hour Days
On-Call Requirements:
One weekday per week: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every 6th weekend: Friday 7:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
