Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Variable Day Shift

A well-established long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Far Rockaway, NY is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its patient-centered care team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Accurately measure and document vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff
Support residents during meals, including feeding and ensuring nutritional needs are met
Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and common areas
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and care protocols established by the facility
Qualifications:
Active New York State CNA certification required
AHA BLS certification preferred
Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
