Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $55 – $57/hour
Weekend and Holiday Coverage Required
We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join a dynamic medical imaging team in Bronx, NY. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced professional capable of performing advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, balloon angioplasty, and stenting.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical precision, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach while supporting physicians in a fast-paced environment.
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures using angiographic imaging systems
Assist physicians with complex procedures, including balloon angioplasty and vascular stent placements
Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and procedural protocols
Confirm patient identity and procedure orders; prepare patients appropriately
Accurately document all procedures and enter required data in imaging and hospital systems
Participate in scheduled on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations
Support onboarding and orientation processes, including EPIC training
Minimum 1 year of experience in interventional radiology procedures
Proficiency with angiographic equipment and interventional techniques
Knowledge of CT imaging preferred
Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist license (NYSDOH)
ARRT certification in Interventional Radiography required
BLS certification (required) and ACLS certification (preferred)
Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
A structured two-week training program is provided, including clinical protocol orientation and EPIC EMR training
This role requires flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays
