💲 Compensation:

• Local Candidates: $1,700 – $1,900 weekly gross

Position Summary:

A reputable healthcare provider in North Bergen, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support day-to-day operations in a physician practice setting. This role focuses on patient evaluation, coordination of care, and hands-on clinical support in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering clinical care

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient assessments

• Identify care priorities through the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation

• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on evolving patient needs

• Initiate nursing assessments based on physician diagnoses and functional health frameworks

• Perform therapeutic interventions and ensure continuity of patient care

• Accurately document care activities per standards and patient acuity

• Advocate for and apply evidence-based practices in care delivery

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a physician practice or outpatient care setting

• Excellent clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills

Certifications (Required Before Start):

• Active NJ Registered Nurse license (or valid compact RN license)

• BLS Certification – American Heart Association
